Dearest Charl and Malinda

You two have been faithful and loyal friends and you are always available to answer questions even when often the question is about someone else’s health or lack thereof. You are both dedicated and passionate to helping people take responsibility for their lives and what Roy and I have learned from you both is invaluable. Thank you for all of the above, you are two extraordinary people and we are so blessed to have you in our lives.

Recently we embarked on a lifestyle change, detoxing and learning about our own unique bodies and finding out what is good for us individually and what our bodies don’t do well on. You have called it the Metabole fat reset Programme. I was very sceptical about the hormone Hcg, obviously due to a lack of knowledge, but having completed the full course:  the 21days of injections (a breeze), and the interesting 6 week consolidation period, Roy has shed 19kgs and I have shed 10kgs.

We are delighted with the results and look forward to our next course due to start soon. We have both not reached our goal weight yet but believe that our 2^nd course will firmly set us on a path to good living and a completely changed life style.

We were never hungry on the programme and actually found it quite easy to do and the resultant weight loss and renewed energy is exciting. I must admit that we were also greatly helped by the Metabole products which you suggested we include in the programme, I am still enjoying them especially the Gentle fibre blend and of course your famous Metabole Berry C and Magnesium formulations, may I be blessed to continue using them.
