Epigenetics
What it is and Why You Need to Know About it

WHAT IS EPIGENETICS?

Epigenetics is the study of biological mechanisms that switch genes on and off.

Genes are specific sequences of bases that provide instructions on how to make important proteins. Proteins are complex molecules that trigger biological actions to carry out life functions.

EPIGENETICS: AN ANALOGY

"Here’s an analogy that might further help you to understand epigenetics.

Think of the human lifespan as a very long movie. The cells would be the actors and actresses, essential units that make up the movie.

DNA, in turn, would be the script — instructions for all the participants of the movie to perform their roles. Subsequently, the DNA sequence would be the words on the script, and certain blocks of these words that instruct key actions or events to take place would be the genes.

The concept of genetics would be like screenwriting. Follow the analogy so far? Okay.

epigenetics

The concept of epigenetics, then, would be like directing. The script can be the same, but the director can choose to eliminate or tweak certain scenes or dialogue, altering the movie for better or worse. After all, Steven Spielberg’s finished product would be drastically different than Woody Allen’s for the same movie script, wouldn’t it?"

Thanks to What Is Epigenetics for the analogy.

WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT EPIGENETICS

Although epigenetic change is a natural process, it is also influenced by external factors such as age, the environment, lifestyle, and disease.

Epigenetic changes can manifest in the same manner as when cells differentiate to form skin cells, liver cells, brain cells, etc. On the other hand, epigenetic changes can have damaging effects that result in diseases like cancer.

At least three systems are considered to initiate and sustain epigenetic change: DNA methylation, histone modification, and non-coding RNA (ncRNA)-associated gene silencing. New research is continually uncovering the role of epigenetics in a variety of human disorders and fatal diseases.

NEW UNDERSTANDING OF DNA

"Science" is finally catching up with ancient wisdom. The "politically correct" understanding of DNA has been turned on its head. DNA refers to the genetic coding of all living organisms.

Intuitive philosophers like Deepak Chopra, Fritjof Capra and Caroline Leaf are now vindicated.

Discoveries indicate that the minor component of DNA is “fixed” whilst the major component is variable.

The exciting conclusion is that genetic structure may be fixed, but the genetic PERFORMANCE can vary for better or worse. The DNA can thus change performance!

An anomaly would be that the same person can be in different states of fitness.
In other words, there are genetic ‘’switches’’ that can turn on poor performance OR turn on improved performance.

IN SCIENCE SPEAK:
Epigenetic inheritance may allow an organism to continually adjust its gene expression to fit its environment – without changing its DNA code.

ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCES
Researchers and clinicians have now identified environmental factors that alter gene expressions. The factors include nutrition, toxins, and emotions.

Examples:
Nutritional deficiencies – bad.
Food intolerance; eg. gluten or carbs – bad.
Toxic overload; eg vaccines – bad.
Certain plant ingredients; eg. resveratrol and glyconutrients – good.
Heavy metal overload; eg. mercury – bad.
Superior nutrient supplements; eg. METABOLE – good.
The frequency of 528 Hz (Love) good.
Prayer and meditation – good.
Harmonious music – good.
And many more examples clients can learn from METABOLE.

CONCLUSION

To conclude, this explains remarkable recoveries from so called "incurable" diseases and other health miracles.

Furthermore, it explains how certain diseases occur in bloodlines. A child can inherit a "switch" in the "off" position. An environmental influence can then trigger it to the "on" position. The influence can be removed and the switch will flip back to the "off" position.

There are therapeutic agents that can also trigger the "off" position. One known such substance is trans-resveratrol from plants.
