1. Stop Smoking! A cliché, perhaps… But true nonetheless.

Smoking is the most avoidable cancer cause.

A study by the Harvard School of Public Health shows smoking and various forms of tobacco use is linked to at least 30% of cancer deaths. The number 1 risk-factor for lung cancer is smoking.

Smoking damages the DNA in your body responsible for protecting you against cancer. Chemicals in cigarettes such as benzene, polonium-210, benzo(a)pyrene, and nitrosamines; cause DNA damage. The arsenic and nickel in cigarettes interfere with pathways responsible for repairing damaged DNA.

Damaged cells are more likely to turn cancerous due to joint chemicals, arsenic and nickel. “Safe cigarettes do not exist”. Read that again. And again. The more you smoke, the higher your chances of developing cancer.

An otherwise healthy lifestyle does not “cancel out” the damaging effects of smoking. If you want to reduce the risk of developing cancer, stop smoking!

2. Be Careful when You Pick a Dentist

Research shows that various cancers and other diseases correlate directly to toxins, infections, and root canals in the mouth. Good oral conditions lead to increased health and wellness.

Dangerous dental conditions:

Root CanalsIn the early 1900’s, Dr Weston Price was one of the first researchers to understand the association between root canals and illness. Price was concerned about the pathological bacteria found in almost all root canal teeth of that time. These bacteria can make their way into the bloodstream infiltrating tissue, organs and glands.

He could transfer diseases harboured by humans from their extracted root canal teeth into rabbits by inserting a fragment of a root canal root under the skin in the belly area of a test rabbit. He found that root canal fragments from a person who had suffered a heart attack, when implanted into a rabbit, would cause a heart attack in the rabbit within a few weeks. Transference of heart disease was accomplished 100% of the time.

The Weston Price Foundation continues research today and have identified fifty-three different species of anaerobic bacteria in root canals.

Mercury AmalgamsIn the US, the number one source of mercury exposure is amalgams. The human body cannot eliminate mercury. A single mercury amalgam releases as much as 15 micrograms of mercury per day. The average person has eight amalgams. This means they absorb up to 120 micrograms of mercury per day. The build-up of mercury over time causes mercury poisoning and related health issues.

4. Make your home a non-stick cookware free zone

To have “non-stick properties”, the cookware is loaded with perfluorooctaoic acid (and other perfluorinated compounds). Even at low temperatures, these chemicals release toxins in the air and in food.Research shows these toxins can accumulate in your blood at rapid rates and lead to chronic diseases (such ascancer).

5. Spend more time standing


Extensive studies done over the years confirm: people who sit for hours per day are at higher risk of developing health issues such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

In one study in the American Journal of Epidemiology, researchers found that men who sit for 6 or more hours per day increased their risk of dying from chronic disease by 50% over those who sitting 3 hours or fewer. Further studies have showed that standing up increases productivity, and tones muscles, burns more calories, improves posture, and ramps up metabolism.

For every 30 minutes in your day, sit for 20, stand for 8 and stretch for 2. Reducing how often you sit, by no matter how little, will improve your health.

Cancer prevention does not guarantee you will always be cancer free but taking measures to reduce your risk will give you the best chance.

Is Vitamin B17 the biggest “covered-up cancer cure” in history? Much information and research has been buried and carefully kept from the public eye regarding the effectiveness of Vitamin B17 (AKA laetrile, apricot kernels) as a powerful cancer fighter.

It has been becoming increasingly apparent in recent years that there are a number of alternative cancer treatment methods which have proven to either eradicate cancer cells on their own, or even assist with the more traditional methods of chemotherapy and radiation. Many of these alternative treatments do not get the recognition that they deserve from either mainstream media or mainstream medicine.

In fact, in many states alternative cancer treatments have been banned or made illegal and, according to the law, one can even be forced to undergo chemotherapy against one’s will. It is important to note, however, that choosing one of these natural, alternative cancer treatments does require you to do a lot of research, because there is very little funding, or merit, allotted to their study.

The cancer industry does not want to look at these alternative methods and spends very little of their funds informing people about preventative medicine. In fact, one particular vitamin that is believed to be extremely beneficial in fighting cancer cells has actually been banned by the FDA and is illegal for treatment in the United States, and that is Laetrile.

Laetrile contains one of the greatest concentrations of vitamin B-17 on the planet, and it can be found in the often-overlooked seed of a popular fruit: the apricot. Apricot seeds can be found beneath the hard pit inside the apricot, and many people are unaware that they are both edible and delicious, and that they contain a cancer-fighting agent called amygdalin within.

Amygdalin contains glucose, benzaldehyde, and cyanide, and it is the latter which is believed to be the active cancer-fighting ingredient of Laetrile. It is important to note, however, that cyanide is actually toxic to all cells, which makes the overall toxicity of Laetrile a concern. Yet studies suggest that Laetrile is more toxic to cancer cells than to normal cells. After all, your chances of getting cyanide poisoning from apple seeds or almonds are extremely slim, and we mustn’t forget that cancer is toxic to begin with. (And the last time I checked, so are chemotherapy and radiation.)

Dr. Sugiura’s Research on Vitamin B17

Dr. Kanematsu Suigura spent the majority of his career at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and has authored more than 250 papers; he has also received numerous awards, one of which included the highest honors from the Japan Medical Association for outstanding contributions in cancer research. He specifically studied Laetrile and discovered that it showed very positive results with preventing malignant lung tumors in laboratory mice. In control groups which received only plain saline, the lung tumors spread to between 80 and 90 percent of the mice, but in those given Laetrile, the tumors only spread to between 10 and 20 percent.

And Now For The Vitamin B17 Cover-Up…

By 1974 findings for Laetrile’s cancer fighting properties were so positive that the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center had signed off on clinical trials — but then everything changed. The center started to get other scientists to perform the experiments involving Laetrile and whenever an experiment showed the possibility of a positive outcome, the research was completely scrapped and disregarded. Other scientists working at Sloan Kettering who had previously been on board with the cancer-fighting properties of Laetrile started to characterize these studies, and Sugiura himself, as fraudulent, even though nothing scientifically had changed to negate Sugiura’s findings.

Ralph Moss was a friend and colleague of Dr. Sugiura’s and was well informed about his findings in regards to Laetrile. When things started to go downhill, Moss found himself stuck in a moral dilemma: he could lie to support his employer, Sloan Kettering, or tell the truth about Laetrile and sacrifice his job. In the end, Moss chose to tell the truth and came clean at a press conference that was held in July of 1977. This ended up being his final day as an employee of the Sloan Kettering foundation.

According to Ralph Moss, the Laetrile cover-up really only makes sense when viewed through the lens of “the politics of cancer.” According to Moss: “The people on Sloan Kettering’s Board of Directors were a ‘Who’s Who’ of investors in petrochemical and other polluting industries. In other words, the hospital was being run by people who made their wealth by investing in the worst cancer-causing things on the planet.”

More Information About Laetrile’s Cancer Fighting Properties


Even though Laetrile is not an FDA-approved cancer treatment, there are doctors who are choosing to use it ‘illegally,’ like John A. Richardson. He has been treating cancer patients at his clinic in San Francisco, California and it has been working a whole lot better than the traditional methods of treatment. His numerous success stories are documented in his book, Laetrile Case Histories: The Richardson Cancer Clinic Experience.

The FDA considers Laetrile an unapproved form of cancer treatment and it is illegal for a practitioner to administer. As a result of these regulations, you cannot buy Laetrile in the United States, although you can buy Vitamin B17/amygdalin in supplement form. Apricots themselves are not illegal, of course, so you can always gather their seeds on your own, though this is immensely time consuming. If you do choose this course of action, be aware that you are doing it at your own discretion. Because I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice, I highly suggest that you find a doctor who practices alternative medicine and who can best direct you on how to properly use this treatment.

The “bad” news: you need to change your lifestyle.We put “bad” in inverted commas because, frankly, most people would rather get cancer and suffer all kinds of tragedy (and risk death when unnecessary) than change their lifestyles for better to prevent cancer in the first place. So… telling the average person they need to adopt a new lifestyle and mindset to reduce the risk of developing cancer (or other lifestyle-related diseases) is “bad” news to them.

If you don’t make specific changes today, you will make them (along with much worse changes) when you fight to wipe out your cancer tomorrow. As the saying goes: prevention is better than cure. 1. Water

Our bodies make up 60% to 71% water. Every function in our bodies depend on proper hydration. Don’t settle for tap water though.Keep your body hydrated and functioning well by consume at least 2 to 3 litres of water per day. And please don’t settle for tap water (it has many harmful chemicals). As far as possible, get your drinking water from natural sources. Water free from harmful chemicals contain antioxidant properties which aid in neutralising free radicals. The National Cancer Institute states that one of the underlying causes of cancer is excessive free radical damage to cells. They cause DNA damage and result in irregular cell mutation.There is debate over which water is the best for drinking (spring, purified, distilled, ionised alkaline). We will discuss the issue in a different article.

2. You are what you eat. Help your body to fight cancer w​​​​ith the correct nutrients.

Try to stay away from “supermarket” fruits and veggies. If you can, support your local farmer’s market instead. The chances are high that your food won’t contain herbicides and pesticides. Buy organic meat and free range eggs and try to cut your meat consumption to 20%. Stay away from pig meat which causes cancer – a proven fact.Incorporate cancer fighting foods into your diet:- coconut oil- dark, leafy greens- seeds and nuts- cruciferous veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, etc.)- organic herbs and spices

3. Exercise

Cancers such as colon, breast, endometrial, esophageal, liver, stomach, kidney, and myeloid leukaemia is less likely to become a part of your life if you exercise. Exercise helps us to release toxins from our bodies. Go for a 30 to 40 minute walk at least four times a week.

4. Spend less time with your faithful companion: the cellphone.

A study by National Toxicology Program (NTP) concluded: whole body exposure to cellphone radiation likely caused heart and brain cancer in rats. The study supports the growing body of science showing a link between cellphone radiation and brain tumours. Use your faithful companion for short calls or texts. Limit the time you use it for social media and turn your cellphone off when possible. Never carry your cellphone on your body such as in your pocket or your bra. Do not sleep with your cellphone near you.

5. Stay away from sugar

Cancer cells thrive on sugar. Sugar is the only substance a cancer cell can use for energy. No sugar = no cancer.Consuming sugar only causes cancer cells to grow and spread at a rapid rate. Dr Otto Warburg, a German cancer researcher, received a Nobel Prize in 1931 for discovering how cancer thrives on sugar in our bodies.

FDA Finally Admits Chicken Meat Contains Cancer-Causing Arsenic

After years of sweeping the issue under the rug and hoping no one would notice, the FDA has now finally admitted that chicken meat sold in the USA contains arsenic, a cancer-causing toxic chemical that’s fatal in high doses. But the real story is where this arsenic comes from: It’s added to the chicken feed on purpose!

Even worse, the FDA says its own research shows that the arsenic added to the chicken feed ends up in the chicken meat where it is consumed by humans. So for the last sixty years, American consumers who eat conventional chicken have been swallowing arsenic, a known cancer-causing chemical.

Until this new study, both the poultry industry and the FDA denied that arsenic fed to chickens ended up in their meat. The fairytale excuse story we’ve all been fed for sixty years is that “the arsenic is excreted in the chicken feces.” There’s no scientific basis for making such a claim… it’s just what the poultry industry wanted everybody to believe.

But now the evidence is so undeniable that the manufacturer of the chicken feed product known as Roxarsonehas decided to pull the product off the shelves . And what’s the name of this manufacturer that has been putting arsenic in the chicken feed for all these years? Pfizer, of course — the very same company that makes vaccines containing chemical adjuvants that are injected into children.

Technically, the company making the Roxarsone chicken feed is a subsidiary of Pfizer, called Alpharma LLC. Even though Alpharma now has agreed to pull this toxic feed chemical off the shelves in the United States, it says it won’t necessarily remove it from feed products in other countries unless it is forced by regulators to do so. As reported by AP:“Scott Brown of Pfizer Animal Health’s Veterinary Medicine Research and Development division said the company also sells the ingredient in about a dozen other countries. He said Pfizer is reaching out to regulatory authorities in those countries and will decide whether to sell it on an individual basis.”

Arsenic? Eat more!But even as its arsenic-containing product is pulled off the shelves, the FDA continues its campaign of denial, claiming arsenic in chickens is at such a low level that it’s still safe to eat. This is even as the FDA says arsenic is a carcinogen, meaning it increases the risk of cancer.

The National Chicken Council agrees with the FDA. In a statement issued in response to the news that Roxarsone would be pulled from feed store shelves, it stated, “Chicken is safe to eat” even while admitting arsenic was used in many flocks grown and sold as chicken meat in the United States.

What’s astonishing about all this is that the FDA tells consumers it’s safe to eat cancer-causing arsenic but it’s dangerous to drink elderberry juice! The FDA recently conducted an armed raid in an elderberry juice manufacturer, accusing it of the “crime” of selling “unapproved drugs.” Which drugs would those be? The elderberry juice, explains the FDA. You see, the elderberry juice magically becomes a “drug” if you tell people how it can help support good health.

The FDA has also gone after dozens of other companies for selling natural herbal products or nutritional products that enhance and support health. Plus, it’s waging a war on raw milk which it says is dangerous. So now in America, we have a food and drug regulatory agency that says it’s okay to eat arsenic, but dangerous to drink elderberry juice or raw milk.

Eat more poison, in other words, but don’t consume any healing foods. That’s the FDA, killing off Americans one meal at a time while protecting the profits of the very companies that are poisoning us with their deadly ingredients.

Oh, by the way, here’s another sweet little disturbing fact you probably didn’t know about hamburgers and conventional beef: Chicken litter containing arsenic is fed to cows in factory beef operations. So the arsenic that’s pooped out by the chickens gets consumed and concentrated in the tissues of cows, which is then ground into hamburger to be consumed by the clueless masses who don’t even know they’re eating second-hand chicken sh*t.
